This team is lead by an industry expert and has a strong track record of leading performance. This is small, highly collaborative, team that is supported by some of the best technical resources the industry has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize systematic equity options trading strategies.
- Work closely with researchers and engineers to improve performance and execution.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust trading and risk parameters as needed.
- Identify new opportunities and help drive strategy development.
- Own risk controls and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications:
- B.S./M.S. in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Computer Science, Computational Finance)
- 2+ years of experience in Equity Options Market Making
- Solid understanding of systematic trading, microstructure dynamics, and electronic execution
- Strong technical aptitude, including experience working with systematic or partially automated trading workflows
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
