Overview:
A leading credit-focused hedge fund based in New York is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services professional at the Senior Associate or VP level. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm's investor relations and business development efforts through the creation and management of high-quality client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Develop and maintain presentation decks, marketing materials, and other investor collateral
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams to produce accurate and timely client reporting
- Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications and presentations
- Support fundraising initiatives and ongoing investor communications
- Maintain and update firm data across consultant databases and investor portals
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in client services, investor relations, or marketing within asset management
- Strong understanding of credit strategies and institutional investor expectations
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
