Responsibilities
As a Windows Engineer, you will:
- Manage and optimize Windows-based environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or similar.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across production and development environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure scaling.
- Implement best practices in system administration, patch management, and disaster recovery.
- Contribute to infrastructure design and architecture decisions, helping shape the future of the technology landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Windows system administration and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including virtualisation, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS).
- Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
