Qualifications
- 2+ years of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence, or related transaction advisory experience.
- Strong preference for candidates coming directly from a dedicated TAS practice.
- Experience supporting M&A transactions and financial due diligence engagements.
- Exposure to healthcare, construction, consumer, or technology/SaaS industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
