- Manage day‑to‑day execution of live transactions, overseeing financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence processes, and preparation of client‑ready materials.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with founders, senior executives, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers.
- Supervise the production of high‑quality pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations, and sector‑specific market analysis, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance across analytical workstreams and supporting their long‑term professional development.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across international offices on cross‑border mandates, coordinating execution for European and global transactions.
- Stay at the forefront of technology and TMT trends, including market dynamics, valuation developments, and investor appetite, to provide informed, data‑driven advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6-10 years of investment banking or related financial advisory experience, with a demonstrable track record of executing TMT transactions at a reputable bank or advisory firm.
- Sector Focus: Strong experience across technology, software, digital, telecoms or tech‑enabled services; candidates with clear, sustained TMT coverage are strongly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to structure and execute complex M&A and financing transactions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage multiple workstreams in parallel, and take ownership of execution alongside senior bankers.
- Client Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting confidently with senior management teams, investors and boards.
- Attention to Detail: High level of analytical rigour, commercial judgement, and ability to perform under pressure in fast‑moving deal environments.
- International Mindset: Comfort working on cross‑border transactions and collaborating with global colleagues and counterparties.
