SVP, Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for infrastructure and end-user services that aligns with organizational goals and technical direction.
- Integrate Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, and Support Services under a unified strategic framework.
- Partner with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security to coordinate roadmaps and technical initiatives.
- Build and nurture a high-performing technology team through mentorship and career development.
- Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating solutions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring service delivery.
- Advocate for and standardize best practices across the technology organization.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure, IT services, and SaaS platforms.
- 7+ years of leadership experience with geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Background in real estate technology is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with modern observability tools and practices, including tracing, logging, and metrics.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to craft and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
- Agile mindset with a focus on rapid iteration and feedback.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ownership, resilience, and a growth-oriented approach to challenges.
