Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for infrastructure and end-user services that aligns with organizational goals and technical direction.
  • Integrate Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, and Support Services under a unified strategic framework.
  • Partner with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security to coordinate roadmaps and technical initiatives.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing technology team through mentorship and career development.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating solutions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring service delivery.
  • Advocate for and standardize best practices across the technology organization.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure, IT services, and SaaS platforms.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience with geographically distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Background in real estate technology is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with modern observability tools and practices, including tracing, logging, and metrics.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
  • Agile mindset with a focus on rapid iteration and feedback.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ownership, resilience, and a growth-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Commitment to respectful and thoughtful collaboration across teams.
