Cross-Asset Structured Products Specialist

Senior Level Appointment
The client is seeking an experienced Cross-Asset Structured Products professional to join its expanding team in London or Paris. This role is designed for a high-performing individual with a strong background across both equity and fixed income structured solutions, combined with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships across institutional and distribution channels.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and delivering bespoke cross-asset investment solutions tailored to client needs. They will work closely with sales, trading, and risk teams to develop innovative products and drive revenue growth, while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and execute cross-asset structured products spanning equities, fixed income, and hybrid solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customised investment strategies aligned with client objectives
- Actively manage and develop relationships with institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, pension funds, insurers) as well as distribution networks (e.g., private banks, wealth managers)
- Identify market trends and client demands to proactively propose new product ideas and solutions
- Support the sales process through client presentations, pitches, and ongoing advisory engagement
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks in all product offerings
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in structured products, with strong exposure to both equity and fixed income underlying assets
- Established client relationships across institutional investors and distribution platforms
- Demonstrated ability to originate business and drive revenue generation within a cross-asset framework
- Strong technical understanding of derivatives, structured payoffs, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous
