About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Real Estate M&A team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across the UK and Europe, advising institutional investors, REITs, and private equity firms on complex real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions within the real estate sector, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
- Manage financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Currently at Associate 2 or Associate 3 level within an Investment Banking platform.
- Strong experience in Real Estate M&A or related sectors (e.g., Real Estate Private Equity, Corporate Finance).
- Proven track record in executing complex transactions and managing client relationships.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
