Position Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Client Service Associate to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client experience by supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage onboarding and account maintenance, including new account setup, transfers, and documentation.
  • Liaise with custodians and vendors to resolve client issues and ensure timely execution of requests.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Support advisors with scheduling, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client service within the financial services industry, preferably at an RIA or wealth management firm.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, custodial platforms, and financial planning concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Series 65 or willingness to obtain is preferred.
