我们正在为一家快速发展的新百亿私募寻觅一位具有扎实技术能力、能推动内部系统建设的核心工程师。

【岗位职责】
- 参与公司内部业务系统的设计、开发与持续优化，将业务需求拆解为清晰可执行的技术方案与高质量代码。
- 深入理解并收集各业务部门的需求，推动中后台流程数字化与效率提升。
- 协助完善系统架构与性能优化，提升整体稳定性、扩展性与可用性。
【任职要求】
- 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化相关专业优先。
- 熟练掌握 Python，熟悉主流框架（如 Django）；具备 Vue2/Vue3 前端经验者加分。
- 精通 Oracle/MySQL 数据库操作，熟悉 Redis 等缓存技术。
- 具备 SVN/Git 版本管理经验，熟悉 Linux 开发环境。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、跨部门协作能力以及快速理解业务的能力。
- 能适应一定的工作节奏与压力，具备自驱力与责任感。
- 有云原生经验（如 Kubernetes/K8s）者优先考虑。
