President of Trust
Position Overview
The President of Trust will serve as the senior executive responsible for the strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of our client. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in trust services, fiduciary responsibilities, and financial regulations, combined with a strong passion for Bitcoin and digital asset custody.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for our client.
- Align trust operations with parent company's mission and overall business objectives.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal trust company regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and oversee audits and examinations.
Operational Management:
- Oversee trust administration, client on-boarding, and fiduciary services.
- Implement robust risk management frameworks and internal controls.
Client & Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders.
- Promote trust services as part of parent company's collaborative custody offerings.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of trust professionals.
- Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and client-first service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in trust company leadership or fiduciary services.
- Strong knowledge of trust law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and digital asset custody solutions strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
