Role Overview

The firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join its Portfolio Management & Value Creation team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the firm's portfolio companies by driving strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and performance tracking aligned with the firm's investment thesis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to identify and execute value creation initiatives across sales, marketing, product development, operations, and finance.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic growth plans, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, KPIs, and financial metrics to ensure alignment with investment goals.
  • Assist in the creation of value creation plans and post-investment roadmaps.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with deal teams during diligence to assess operational capabilities and identify post-close value creation opportunities.
  • Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee updates and LP reporting.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives or management teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred for Senior Associate level.
