The company is building next‑generation decentralized platforms that integrate crypto‑native prediction markets, advanced Web3 trading infrastructure, and cutting‑edge blockchain scalability solutions.

We are seeking passionate, driven individuals to join an elite team, in a start-up organisation, shaping the future of decentralized trading in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain probabilistic models
  • Design microstructure‑driven analytics and signals
  • Build and train toxic‑flow and adverse‑selection classifiers
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize quantitative models,
  • Conduct deep research on blockchain data, market mechanisms, and protocol behaviours, transforming raw on‑chain datasets into insights that strengthen the reliability and robustness of next‑generation Web3 platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong, proven knowledge of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto‑trading
  • Knowledge of low-latency systems
  • Knowledge of C++
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already residing in the region
