Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain probabilistic models
- Design microstructure‑driven analytics and signals
- Build and train toxic‑flow and adverse‑selection classifiers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize quantitative models,
- Conduct deep research on blockchain data, market mechanisms, and protocol behaviours, transforming raw on‑chain datasets into insights that strengthen the reliability and robustness of next‑generation Web3 platforms.
Requirements:
- Strong, proven knowledge of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto‑trading
- Knowledge of low-latency systems
- Knowledge of C++
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already residing in the region
