Für ein wachstumsstarkes Technologieunternehmen im Raum Köln suchen wir aktuell einen Head of Accounting (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Accounting-Teams
- Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Accounting-Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CFO, Management und internationalen Stakeholdern
- Steuerung von Wirtschaftsprüfungen und steuerlichen Themen
- Unterstützung bei Finanzierungs-, M&A- und Wachstumsprojekten
- Ausbau eines skalierbaren Finanzbereichs für das weitere Unternehmenswachstum
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting oder Finance
- Erste oder bestehende Führungserfahrung
- Sehr gute HGB-Kenntnisse, IFRS von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld
- Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und modernen Tools
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
