Investor Relations Senior Analyst:

We are partnered with an investment management firm seeking to add an Investor Relations Senior Analyst to their team. This individual will play a vital role in supporting fundraising, marketing, and investor relations initiatives with investors. The position involves managing multiple concurrent projects, including RFPs, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and the creation of investor presentations and marketing materials. The Analyst will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and current or prospective investors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all due diligence inquiries.

Investor Relations Senior Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete RFPs and DDQs by leveraging internal databases and collaborating with various departments.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, property tour documents, and custom pipelines using PowerPoint.
  • Participate in investor meetings, diligence calls, and on-site property tours.
  • Track fundraising activities and investor communications using a CRM system.
  • Maintain and update databases related to due diligence responses and investor information.
  • Independently complete investor RFPs and DDQs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the firm's investment platforms and investor base.
  • Create tailored marketing materials to support fundraising efforts.
  • Engage directly with investors and represent the firm in meetings and tours.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of investor relations and project management functions.

Investor Relations Senior Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of post-college experience in private equity, financial analysis, or real estate investing.
  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates high-quality, accurate work with minimal oversight.
  • Works independently while effectively incorporating feedback and direction.
  • Solid understanding of private equity, financial analysis, and real estate investing, with the ability to speak to all areas with expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
