Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A, recapitalization, debt placement, and capital raising transactions
- Manage transaction processes from initial marketing through closing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, buyers, investors, lenders, and private equity sponsors
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, due diligence, and transaction materials
- Support business development initiatives and cultivate new client relationships
- Assist senior leadership with industry coverage efforts and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior bankers, including Associates and Analysts
- Participate in networking, conference attendance, and sponsor coverage activities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of investment banking experience
- Proven experience leading middle-market M&A and capital markets transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Existing relationships within the private equity, corporate, or professional services communities preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Exceptional client management, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
