About the Investment Banking Analyst Role:
We are partnered with a leading Investment Bank seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join their growing Healthcare platform. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for the healthcare sector. You'll support deal execution, strategic advisory engagements, and market research across a wide range of healthcare subsectors.
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial pitch through closing.
- Conduct in-depth industry research, company profiling, and competitive analyses within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Prepare client presentations, transaction materials, investment memorandum, and internal documentation.
- Assist senior bankers with the development of pitch materials and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, investors, and third-party partners.
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics relevant to the healthcare sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation building (PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.
