- Key Responsibilities
- - Leading day-to-day execution across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
- - Managing complex financial modelling, valuation materials, and process documentation.
- - Running due diligence processes and coordinating cross-functional advisers.
- - Directly interacting with clients, contributing to strategic discussions, and presenting analyses.
- - Supporting origination by preparing pitches and identifying new opportunities.
- - Coaching, developing, and overseeing Analysts and Associates.
- Ideal Candidate
- - Ideally between 6-9 years of experience in Investment Banking, with significant exposure to Healthcare M&A.
- - Demonstrated track record executing transactions, ideally with cross-border elements.
- - Advanced technical skills and the ability to independently lead work-streams.
- - Strong client management capabilities and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- - Experience managing and developing junior team members.
- - A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing team.
