What you'll do
- Architect and maintain predictive models, analytics, and decision‑support tools for portfolio design, risk oversight, and trade execution.
- Lead, coach, and grow a multi‑disciplinary research group covering rates, credit, securitized products, derivatives, and global equities.
- Partner with PMs, traders, and risk officers to embed quantitative insights into daily investment decisions.
- Source new datasets, experiment with machine‑learning techniques, and manage a prioritized research pipeline from idea through production.
- Distil complex findings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 15+ years designing and deploying quantitative models for major asset classes, with deep fixed‑income expertise.
- Post‑graduate training in a quantitative discipline (STEM / Financial Engineering).
- Mastery of statistical modelling, time‑series analysis, ML, and optimization; fluent with modern programming tool‑chains.
- Proven record hiring and managing high‑performing research teams inside mission‑critical investment organizations.
- Ability to translate sophisticated analytics for non‑technical audiences and drive commercial outcomes.
