Our client, a leading player in the finance sector, is seeking a Head of Institutional Structuring to join their team in Paris on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership position, working closely with the global Head of Equity Derivatives (EQD) Structuring and overseeing a team of five specialists. The role focuses on cross-asset and equity derivatives structuring for institutional clients, offering a high level of strategic exposure and impact within our client's organisation.
Key Experience
Our client is looking for professionals who can demonstrate:
7-15 years of relevant experience in institutional structuring and/or equity derivatives within the finance sector.
Proven leadership capability, including managing and developing a team of around five professionals.
Experience working with cross-asset solutions for institutional clients.
Core Skills
Cross Asset Expertise - Ability to structure solutions across multiple asset classes, ensuring integrated, client-focused offerings.
Solutions Structuring - Designing tailored, often complex, institutional products that address specific client objectives and constraints.
Structuring - Strong technical skills in pricing, risk understanding, and documentation of structured products.
Equity Derivatives Knowledge - Deep expertise in equity derivatives and working exposure to all other asset classes to support multi-asset strategies.
Team Leadership - Leading, mentoring and coordinating a team of five, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Stakeholder Management - Collaborating closely with the global Head of EQD Structuring and other senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
