Selby Jennings is partnering with a privately held investment firm that specialises in opportunistic and value-add real estate strategies across the United States and Europe. With a strong track record across a wide range of real estate products, the firm is expanding its footprint in London and is seeking a senior fundraising professional to lead its UK office.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead capital formation efforts across the firm's real estate, with a focus on distressed debt strategies.
- Build and scale the London office as a strategic fundraising hub.
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns targeting institutional and family office investors across the UK and Europe.
- Manage investor relationships, roadshows, and capital raising initiatives.
- Collaborate with investment teams to tailor offerings and support investor due diligence.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and network reach.
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years in fundraising for real estate strategies, ideally with exposure to distressed debt.
- Deep institutional and family office network across the UK and/or Europe.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, capital structures, and investment vehicles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth.
