A fast‑growing, high‑performance crypto HFT firm is hiring a Graduate Weekend Trading Support Analyst to support 24/7 automated trading across CEXs and DEXs. Founded by ex‑Tier 1 trading leaders and top engineers, the team is small enough that every hire has real impact, yet experienced enough to offer world‑class training.
Why This Role Stands Out
* Real responsibility from day one, after structured weekday training, you take ownership of live trading system monitoring + risk oversight on weekends.
* Front‑office exposure early, you'll work directly with live order flow, system behaviour, anomalies, and risk decisions.
* Deep technical + trading training, learn how HFT systems work end‑to‑end: infra, connectivity, PnL movement, risk parameters, and market microstructure.
* High‑calibre environment, work alongside top engineers, a quant trader, and founders heavily involved in strategy + scaling.
* Clear progression, after ~6 months, opportunities to transition into weekday trading, quant, or more technical roles.
What You'll Do
Monitor live HFT systems for irregularities
Make real‑time config changes + interventions
Manage risk escalations with sound judgement
Communicate with exchanges/counterparties
Build a strong understanding of HFT crypto infrastructure
Requirements
Strong academic background (MSc preferred) in Maths, Physics, CS, Engineering, etc.
Internship experience in a hedge fund/prop/crypto environment
Proficient in Python (Rust is a plus)
Strong interest in markets + trading tech
Calm, clear decision‑maker under pressure
Must have UK right to work
