A fast-growing independent asset manager is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Professional to lead client engagement and growth initiatives across key European markets. This Dublin-based role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a firm specialising in Asset Management and bespoke investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
  • Lead the execution of the firm's European distribution strategy, with an initial focus on Italy, Germany, and Austria.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Organise and manage roadshows, prospect meetings, and educational sessions.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to deliver tailored pitches and market insights.
  • Drive digital engagement and oversee the development of client-facing materials.
  • Maintain CRM systems and provide client feedback to guide product innovation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in Italian or German is strongly preferred, along with an established network of investors in these regions.
  • 4-10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and European distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
