FX Structuring - AVP
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and price a wide range of FX derivative products, including vanilla options, structured solutions, and exotics
- Work closely with corporate and institutional FX sales teams to deliver bespoke hedging and investment strategies
- Engage directly with clients, providing technical expertise and supporting pitches and execution
- Develop solutions for corporate hedging needs (cashflow, balance sheet) and institutional investment strategies (yield enhancement, volatility strategies)
- Monitor market dynamics across G10 and EM FX to identify structuring opportunities
- Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure efficient trade execution and life cycle management
- Build and enhance pricing tools, analytics, and structuring frameworks
Requirements:
- 2-6 years' experience in FX Structuring or FX Derivatives within a front-office environment
- Strong knowledge of FX options, volatility, and derivatives pricing
- Experience supporting both corporate and institutional client segments
- Solid quantitative skillset; proficiency in Excel required, coding (Python/VBA) beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex structures for different client types
- Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Physics, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience across both flow and more structured/exotic FX products
- Understanding of corporate risk management frameworks and institutional portfolio strategies
- Familiarity with ISDA documentation and regulatory considerations
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading floor environment
