Company Summary: A rapidly expanding fund services provider is seeking a Fund Controller to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a high‑visibility role within a modern,tech‑enabled fund administration environment supporting a diverse portfolio of private funds (Venture Capital).

Fund Controller Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle fund accounting for a venture capital hybrid structures
- Review NAV packages, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and fee calculations
- Lead financial reporting, including quarterly/annual statements and audit coordination
- Serve as the primary client-facing finance contact - advising GPs, LPs, and internal stakeholders
- Enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and support system improvements
- Serve as the CFO's Right hand man to progress into a CFO for one of the firms pods in the future.
Fund Controller Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of fund accounting experience within fund administration or an investment manager
- Very familiar with working within a Venture Capital Firm
- Strong understanding of private fund structures, partnership accounting, and NAV reporting
- Experience with capital activity processing, waterfalls, and investor allocations
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- Detail-oriented, deadline‑driven, and able to manage multiple client relationships
- Comfortable in a growing environment where you can influence processes and client experience
