As the business continues to scale, they are seeking an FP&A Manager to help drive financial insights, support strategic planning, and strengthen their operational and financial decision‑making framework.
FP&A Manager Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning.
- Build financial models and KPIs that support strategic decisions.
- Analyze performance results and present insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance financial accuracy and processes.
- Provide executive reporting and ad hoc analysis for key initiatives.
FP&A Manager Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, including at least 3 years in FP&A.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, or NetSuite.
