Key Responsibilities
- Provide actuarial consulting and support for combo plans (Defined Benefit + Defined Contribution).
- Work with Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Cash Balance Plans.
- Manage and administer plans for small groups, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Enrolled Actuary (EA) designation required.
- Strong experience with combo plans, DB/DC plans, and cash balance plans.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
