With a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies, the platform deploys fully discretionary capital through commingled funds, co-investment vehicles, and recapitalisations.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising initiatives for European and UK-focused vehicles.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and consultants.
- Support the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor communications.
- Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings, and due diligence processes.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and investment teams to align fundraising strategy with firm objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in fundraising for real estate private equity or alternative investments.
- Strong network across European and UK institutional investors.
- Deep understanding of real estate strategies, particularly value-add, opportunistic, and core.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe.
