Job Title: Vice President - Credit Sales (Non-Flow / Structured Credit)
Location: Hong Kong

Company Overview:
We are partnering with a leading global financial institution looking to expand its APAC credit franchise. The business has a strong platform across structured credit, financing solutions, and bespoke products, with growing demand from institutional clients in the region.

Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced VP-level Credit Sales professional to focus on non-flow / structured credit solutions. This role will involve originating and distributing complex credit products to institutional clients across APAC, working closely with trading, structuring, and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and distribution of non-flow credit products, including structured credit, bespoke financing trades, CLOs, ABS, private credit opportunities, and illiquid credit solutions
  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (HFs, AMs, insurance, private banks, sovereigns) across Hong Kong and broader APAC
  • Work closely with structuring and trading desks to originate tailored credit solutions based on client needs
  • Identify and execute cross-asset opportunities involving credit-linked structures and financing trades
  • Maintain strong market awareness across global credit markets, identifying relative value and thematic trade ideas
  • Lead client discussions on complex credit structures, articulating risk/return profiles effectively
  • Contribute to revenue generation targets and broader franchise growth in structured credit

Key Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in credit sales, with a strong focus on non-flow / structured credit products
  • Proven track record covering institutional clients within APAC
  • Strong product knowledge across structured credit (e.g., CLOs, ABS/MBS, credit derivatives, bespoke financing structures)
  • Established client relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, and/or private banks
  • Strong technical understanding of credit markets, structuring concepts, and relative value analysis
  • Ability to work closely with trading/structuring teams and drive deal origination
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a global investment bank or leading credit-focused platform
  • Exposure to cross-border transactions and regional client coverage
  • Ability to independently originate and execute structured transactions
