Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid Work

A long-standing insurance brokerage with a strong reputation for client service and employee retention is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their team. This opportunity comes with a well-established and diverse book of business, and the support of a dedicated assistant for routine tasks.

Position Overview
This role involves managing a substantial book of commercial accounts, including property owners, retail, and construction clients. You'll collaborate closely with a producer and provide high-level service and guidance to clients. The position offers a hybrid work model, with two days in-office and three days remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and service a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
  • Respond to client inquiries and process policy changes
  • Assist with complex certificate of insurance requests
  • Use an agency management system (training available if needed)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines (GL, WC, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.) OR Construction specialty
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Familiarity with EPIC or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
