China Corporate Sales
Role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of China headquartered corporates, including SOEs, POEs, and multinational subsidiaries
- Originate and execute cross-border financing, FX, rates, and trade solutions tailored to client needs
- Act as the primary relationship manager for treasury and finance teams of Chinese corporates operating offshore
- Collaborate with product partners across global markets, transaction banking, and investment banking to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive wallet share growth by identifying new business opportunities and deepening existing relationships
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory developments, capital flows, and macroeconomic trends impacting Chinese corporates
- Coordinate with onshore China teams to ensure seamless client coverage and alignment across regions
- Prepare client pitches, credit memos, and internal reporting materials to support deal execution and pipeline management
- Represent the bank at industry events and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in corporate sales, relationship management, or client coverage, preferably with a focus on Chinese corporates
- Strong understanding of offshore financing, FX, and risk management products
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Familiarity with cross-border regulatory frameworks and capital account controls
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment
