Deine täglichen Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB & IFRS, inklusive Koordination aller Abschlussprozesse
- Eigenständige Betreuung der Haupt‑ und Anlagenbuchhaltung innerhalb unserer deutschen Konzerngesellschaften
- Sorgfältige Intercompany‑Abstimmungen sowie Erstellung konzerninterner Kostenverrechnungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Group Accounting, Tax und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen als zentrale interne und externe Schnittstellen
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Accounting‑Prozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Transparenz und Qualität
Erfahrung & Qualifikation
Bevorzugte Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium - idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
Hard Skills
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere im Bereich Bilanzierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV sowie exzellente Excel‑Kenntnisse
- Vertieftes Verständnis der HGB‑Regelungen; IFRS‑Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit AI‑basierten Tools oder starkes Interesse an deren Einsatz im Finanzumfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
Soft Skills
- Strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
