A leading international financial institution is seeking an AVP Corporate Solutions Structurer to join its Global Markets team in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with mid‑cap and large‑cap corporates, delivering bespoke FX, Rates, and Structured Hedging Solutions across a wide range of market scenarios.
Role Highlights
- Structure, price, and deliver tailored FX, Rates, and Structured Products to corporate clients.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Sales, and Trading to design risk‑management strategies.
- Provide market insights, scenario analysis, and idea generation in response to evolving macro trends.
- Ensure high‑quality execution and adherence to internal risk and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of sell‑side experience in FX or Rates structuring, corporate solutions, or derivatives.
- Strong technical understanding of FX and Rates markets, hedging techniques, and structured products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complexity for corporate treasurers.
- Collaborative mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
