Acquisitions Analyst/Associate - Dallas OR Austin
What You'll Do
Investments & Acquisitions
- Support underwriting and execution of acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations
- Build financial models, analyze markets/comps, and prepare investment materials
- Assist with due diligence: financial review, leases, tenant credit, and third‑party reports
- Maintain the deal pipeline and contribute to market research efforts
- Travel occasionally for property tours and market visits
Asset Management
- Help produce property/portfolio reporting and cash flow analyses
- Track performance against budgets and underwriting assumptions
- Support leasing efforts through comp analysis, tenant review, and lease economics
- Participate in property inspections, operations calls, and stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate with leasing, property management, and accounting teams
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong interest in institutional‑level commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ARGUS experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail‑oriented, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
