Role Responsibilities

  • Support investor relations activities across existing and new capital ventures, including reporting, presentations, and investor communications.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape messaging and materials for institutional investors.
  • Leverage fund management and analytical experience to provide insights on portfolio performance and development pipeline.
  • Assist in capital raising efforts by preparing marketing collateral and coordinating investor meetings.
  • Work cross-functionally with development, leasing, and asset management teams to ensure alignment on investment strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of logistics development projects, with a focus on core and value-add strategies.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in fund management, ideally with Core and Development funds.
  • Strong understanding of logistics development and core real estate strategies.
  • Demonstrated interest in transitioning into investor relations or capital markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with institutional investors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
