Associate - Partner Track
The Role
The Associate will work directly with the Partners across sourcing, diligence, research, and strategic projects. You will play a key role in evaluating emerging technologies, supporting investment decisions, and contributing to firm‑wide initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and evaluating early‑stage startups
- Conducting market, product, and technical research
- Supporting diligence processes and investment recommendations
- Preparing internal and external research materials
- Assisting in strategic projects, founder programs, and ecosystem initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in VC, startup operations, engineering, data science, consulting, or other analytical/technical roles
- Genuine curiosity about technology and emerging innovation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑context environments
