Selby Jennings has partnered with a leading global investment firm that is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their team. Investing across the full business cycle, including venture capital, growth capital, full buyout, carve-out/spin off, restructuring finance and private credit. This is a permanent position in Hong Kong, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute significantly to a thriving, fast-paced sector.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute earnings releases, investor presentations, and shareholder letters.
- Respond to investor inquiries and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors.
Financial reporting support.
Monitor industry trends, competitor performance and market sentiment.
Prepare benchmarking reports and investor targeting analysis.
Help align investor messaging with corporate strategy and branding.
Maintain investor databases.
Criteria:
BA/BS at top universities.
3-5 years of work experience in investment banking or private equity at leading tier 1 firms.
Extensive experience in financial modelling.
Exceptional strategic, analytically, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as, Bloomsberg, FactSet or IR-specific platforms.
Deep analytical, research and technical skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
