Director Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)

Position:


-Provide detailed group budgets and forecasts.

-Develop precise financial modelling, analyses, and insights.

-Liaise with executive management, board members, auditors, and other stakeholders.

-Provide proactive support and problem resolution.
KPIs

-Insight, accuracy, quality, and promptness of deliverables.

-Knowledge of the business and financial drivers.

-Proactive vs. reactive problem identification and resolution.

-Extensive experience in FP&A, controlling, or auditing (≥15 years).

-Strong leadership, communication, and integrative skills.

-Proactive and customer-centric approach.

-Ability to balance strategic and detailed orientations, problem structuring, and solving.

Profil:

-Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

-Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.

-Physical presence required at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.
