On behalf of our client, a global technology leader, we are seeking a Compliance Officer - Integrity & Prevention. The company is a long-established, family-owned group with international operations across sectors such as advanced materials, healthcare, electronics, and industrial solutions. Known for its innovation and sustainability focus, particularly in circular processes and precious metals recycling, the organization serves a wide range of industries worldwide.e. In this role, you'll advise and train leaders and employees, drive awareness of compliance risks, and support the development of a robust compliance management system.
Your impact:
- Provide legal and compliance guidance across the organization
- Promote ethical leadership and a strong "tone from the top"
- Lead global integrity campaigns and training initiatives
- Develop and maintain internal policies and the Code of Conduct
- Conduct due diligence and manage compliance tools
- Support local compliance teams and help standardize global practices
What you bring:
- Degree in law or a related field with a compliance focus
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, ideally in international settings
- Strong background in policy development, training, and risk assessment
- Leadership experience and project management skills
- Fluent in German and English
- High integrity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
