Role Responsibilities
As Vice President, you will play a key role in securitisation projects for commercial real estate. Your responsibilities will include:
- Structuring and executing complex transactions.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models.
- Managing long-term cash flow projections.
- Liaising with ratings agencies and other external stakeholders.
- Working closely with the founding partners and senior leadership in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in investment banking or structured finance, with experience in securitisation or complex real estate transactions.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and a deep understanding of cash flow management.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, taking ownership of projects and driving results.
- Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with ratings agencies and other counterparties.
