Job Overview:

Cur client is a single CIO long short hedge fund, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trader to join the team, focusing on Asia (A), Hong Kong (H), and US markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong market instincts, solid execution skills, and the ability to work independently during off-hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades across A/H/US markets in accordance with firm strategy and risk parameters.
Monitor global market movements and news flow to identify trading opportunities.
Maintain and update trading logs, reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with research and portfolio teams to align trading decisions with investment views.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide post-trade analysis and contribute to strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or other certifications a plus.
2+ years of trading experience in A/H/US markets.
Strong understanding of market microstructure and trading platforms.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Night shift coverage aligned with US market hours.
Flexibility required for occasional extended hours or weekend coverage.
