Commercial Manager - Copper (Chinese-speaking)

Job Summary

Drive sales of copper business (cathodes, blister, reverts, anodes) by developing strategies, expanding market presence, and managing client relationships. Collaborate across teams and regions to meet revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 6-12 month sales plans aligned with group strategy
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs for copper business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in China
  • Participate in tenders and coordinate with global branches on leads
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer database accuracy
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with operations and vendors

Requirements

  • Chinese-speaking
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience in copper business
  • Strong industry network and existing business pipeline preferred
  • Deep understanding of copper markets and product types
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to manage end-to-end sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
