A rapidly growing research and insights firm is looking for an Associate to join its expanding New York team.
This is an opportunity to work with leading investors, consulting firms, and corporate organizations, helping them gain access to specialized industry expertise that informs critical business decisions. As an Associate, you'll serve as the link between clients and industry experts, managing projects from start to finish and ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality insights. This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, thrives under pressure, and enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage industry experts who can provide relevant insights for client projects.
- Conduct outreach to senior professionals and executives across a variety of industries.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate consultations and ensure seamless communication between clients and experts.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to solve unique client requests.
- Make informed decisions regarding outreach efforts, project timelines, and expert selection.
- Partner with colleagues across teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (3.5+ GPA preferred).
- 6-18 months of professional experience, including internships or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated leadership through academics, athletics, extracurriculars, or professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by achieving goals.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
