VP/Senior Associate Portfolio Management | Residential & SFR/BTR

Our Client is a high growth Real Estate Company and institutional investment platform in the single-family residential ('SFR') and build-to-rent ("BTR") sectors. We are committed to changing the way investors own and manage SFR homes, and to building a modern way to deliver the data, tools and services that enable our clients to invest in the world's largest asset class at scale. Our team is collaborative, open-minded and curious. Transparency is a core value, we speak our minds, are responsible for our actions and celebrate our wins. We are serious about our business, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

If you are self-motivated and mission driven with a 'can do' mindset and see solutions where others may see problems, come and grow with us!

Our Client is building out our Portfolio Management function and seeking a Sr. Associate or Vice President to join a high-performing, investor-facing team. Our team acts as the internal advocate and fiduciary for our institutional investors, delivering the analysis, strategy, and communication that drive optimal portfolio performance. We engage with institutional LPs daily and provide subject matter expertise across asset management, debt optimization, cash management, financial reporting, performance attribution, and valuation. As a Sr. Associate or VP on this team, you will own portfolio modeling and analysis, build investor-facing materials, and support transaction execution across our single-family rental (SFR) investment vehicles.

We are looking for people who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, take ownership of their work, and hold themselves to a high standard. You will have direct exposure to institutional LPs and senior leadership from day one.
