Overview
A boutique investment bank is seeking to hire an Associate or Vice President to join its growing team. The firm is a specialized advisory platform focused on delivering high-touch M&A and capital raising services across a range of growth-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions from pitch through close
- Develop and manage financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare client presentations including pitch books, CIMs, and management materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, buyers, and investors
- Conduct industry and company research across target sectors
- Support origination efforts and contribute to business development initiatives

Qualifications
Associate (3+ years experience)
- 3+ years of investment banking experience (Analyst-to-Associate promote or lateral Associate)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset
- Experience working on live transactions preferred
- Post-MBA candidates must have at least 1 year of investment banking experience post-MBA
Vice President (4-5+ years experience)
- 4-5+ years of investment banking experience
- Demonstrated track record of transaction execution and client management
- Ability to lead deal processes and manage junior team members
- Exposure to sourcing/origination is a plus
