- Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with front office teams to provide high-quality insights that drive client engagement and transaction activity
- Originate and deliver tailored structured investment ideas across equities, fixed income and multi-asset strategies, aligned with prevailing macro and market dynamics
- Translate market views into actionable solutions that resonate with sophisticated clients
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to broader strategic initiatives
- Exposure to alternative or emerging asset classes (e.g., digital assets) is advantageous
Requirements
- About 8 years of relevant experience within a private bank or wealth platform, ideally in an investment advisory or product specialist capacity
- Strong technical knowledge of structured products
- Solid grounding in traditional asset classes, with an openness to learning new and evolving markets
- Influential communicator with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders; prior leadership exposure is beneficial
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for client engagement
