This team sits within the broader Investor Partners Group and plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's investor product strategy-spanning ideation, development, launch execution, and ongoing product optimization.

The VP will partner closely with senior leadership, business unit heads, and cross‑functional teams on high‑impact initiatives including new fund launches, strategic multi‑product partnerships, customized vehicles, and long‑term product architecture planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a core leader on strategic product initiatives, influencing the firm's product roadmap through rigorous quantitative analysis, thoughtful market assessment, and partnership with executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate product feasibility, unit economics, and long‑term profitability.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision‑making and assess potential outcomes.
- Lead market, competitor, and thematic research to identify product white space and emerging opportunities across strategies and investor segments.
- Create executive‑level presentations that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Support and lead cross‑functional initiatives related to new product development, product enhancements, and product expansion.
- Help shape the firm's long‑term product strategy, architecture, and go‑to‑market approach.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on financial modeling, analytical workstreams, research, and presentation development.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on product‑related priorities, investor requests, and long‑term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, consulting, or broader financial services.
- Deep analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong project management experience and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative culture.
