The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Vice President to join their Investment Banking team in Oslo, Stockholm or Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in executing complex transactions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A transactions, IPOs, and other capital market deals across the Nordics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors
- Prepare and oversee financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and transaction documentation
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with legal, tax, and other advisors
- Support senior bankers in business development and strategic initiatives
- Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates, fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity
- Proven track record of deal execution and client engagement
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
