About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Flow Rates Sales professional at VP or Director level to join a leading global investment bank. This is an exciting opportunity to cover institutional clients, including real money managers and hedge funds, across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and deepen relationships with institutional clients, focusing on flow rates products (government bonds, swaps, futures, and related instruments).
- Deliver tailored solutions and market insights to meet client investment objectives.
- Collaborate closely with trading, research, and structuring teams to provide best-in-class execution and advisory services.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across the rates franchise.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Rates Sales within a leading investment bank or similar institution.
- Strong network of institutional clients, including real money accounts and hedge funds.
- Deep knowledge of fixed income markets, particularly rates products and derivatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
