Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Turnaround & Restructuring (T&R) Professional to join its dynamic advisory team. This individual will play a critical role in helping clients navigate financial distress, operational challenges, and strategic transitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turnaround and restructuring engagements and a proven ability to deliver results in complex environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client engagements focused on turnaround, restructuring, and performance improvement.
  • Conduct financial and operational assessments to identify key issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Prepare and analyze financial models, cash flow forecasts, and restructuring plans.
  • Assist in negotiations with stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and other key parties.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including prior turnaround and restructuring experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in distressed situations, bankruptcy processes, or operational improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus.

Expected Compensation:

Base; $140k - $170k

Bonus: Discretionary
